To celebrate Magnums 25th birthday The Concept Store in Selfridges allows you to come in and design your own ice-cream. Their window display is delightfully decadent.

We picked this as number one as it’s unusual to see such an amazing display in a mobile pop-up unit. If you found this in a permanent shopping centre you’d be impressed… out in a field? Incredible!
